Yoga for Recovery
Every Wednesday night 6:15- 7:15 PM
Join local Yogi Debi Swinford for the first in our seriies of Y12SR. This class will be socially distanced and participants should bring their own mats. If class size exceeds 6 participants, we will move the event to a larger location so proper distancing can be maintained.
Yoga of 12-Step Recovery offers a rich and powerful framework for addiction recovery and relapse prevention. Y12SR “connects the dots” between the ancient wisdom of yoga, the practical tools of 12-step programs, and the latest research on trauma healing and neurobiology. As part of a holistic recovery program, it works in tandem with traditional treatment to address the physical, mental and spiritual disease of addiction.

Tarot and Palm Readings by the Witch of the East.
Sometimes we need a bit of guidance from Universe/Spirit/the Divine. Tarot can offer a peek into the patterns currently surrounding a situation and offer insights on how you might alter your course, should you need to.
Palmistry allows us to see a bit deeper into the Self, looking at the whys to things such as ...
*Why do I react to things the way I do?
*Why do I approach matters of the Heart the way I do?
*What are my strengths and where are my challenges?
*Where are my blessings and where are my faults?
In knowing where these things lie, it can help us focus on those strengths, use those blessings and have deeper understanding of ourselves.
Tarot - 15 minute sessions are $15 (sessions can be stacked for longer amounts of time)
